Zum weiteren Ausbau des Vertriebes in der Region Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz suchen wir einen erfahrenen und erfolgsorientierten Key Account Manager OEM Heatpumps (m/w/d)- für den Unternehmensbereich Kälte- und Klima- und Wärmetechnik.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our OEM business. In this position you will work from your home office within Germany or Austria and be responsible for the entire business process with your customers.
Job Responsibilities
You will be actively involved in the management and development of strategic defined OEM customers as well as the acquisition of new customers for our heat pump applications in the Central Europe region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands). In addition, you will be responsible for the following:
- Definition of an account strategy that drives profitable growth as well as the operational management of their execution
- Identify current and future requirements on products and services, communicate customer and market needs and trigger necessary product developments
- Conduct price and contract negotiations
- Accountability for achieving sales and price targets
- Be the first line of escalation for customer issues and requests
Overall, you will work closely with our OEM Sales Team, Technical & Sales Support and Product Management. Additionally, you will travel and participate in trade shows and other events to promote the company (Supplier Day, etc.).
To accomplish these tasks, we will provide you with a neutral company car – also for private use.
Background & Skills
For this position, you have a degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering as well as multiple years of experience in Key Account Management and / or Business Development within the cooling / heating industry or HVAC / building technology.
Additionally, important to us is:
- Experience with leading OEM organizations / B2B
- Decent understanding of heat pump design / manufacturing processes and solution selling
- Result and quality orientation as well as good analytical / conceptional skills
- Negotiation and deal closing plus good communication skills (verbal and written)
- With your leadership skills you can develop relationships at all levels within target accounts
- Personal initiative, commitment, perseverance, and resilience
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Willingness to travel within Central Europe region (up to 30% of your time)
